Velky Sokol is an impressive long clough in west part of plateau Glac. There are two roads going to the clough. One from Hrabusice village, the other from Betlanovec village.
The first pass of the clough was in 1898. Only a month later first pictures of today´s famous place had been taken.
This area has a lot of waterfalls but the nicest scenery is towards 300 meters high rock faces lines both sides of the clough.
